A Pontycymer team that as struggled all season travelled to Ynyscorrwg Park and gave everything they had and never gave up but found themselves on the end of a 85 points to 18 loss. We scored 13 unanswered trys.
First half try's were scored by Captain Damian Warlow, Liam Gibbs, Steffan Williams, Robert Molly Jones, Steven Lewis, Jonny Howells all 1 each and Steffan Hnatiuk with a brace. Ryan Davies on Permit from Nantymoel kicked 5 conversions.
In the second half we scored five try's by Ryan Davies, Josh Thomas Rhodri Thomas, Aaron Lewis and Daniel Gully with Ryan Davies again kicking 5 conversion.
The points for Pontycymer all came from the boot of outside half Gareth Howells a great display of kicking from him.
Next weekend we travel to Crynant for our final game of the season with a very slim hope of promotion. Kick off is at 2-30pm ALL SUPPORT WELCOME.
